1. Seasonality & Availability
Our floral arrangements and products are subject to seasonal availability of flowers and materials and are sourced daily to ensure freshness.
While we strive to provide a wide and unique variety of flowers year-round, certain flowers may be unavailable or limited during specific seasons or due to unpredictable weather conditions, including but not limited to droughts, floods, or other natural events.
Substitutions may be necessary and made from time to time when required and without prior notice with similar alternatives of equal or greater value. We will do our best to ensure that the substitute is consistent with the original design and colour scheme, but please note that some changes may be necessary due to seasonal variations. All products are hand crafted and organic in nature. There may be minor variations between the website image and what is being delivered.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and trust that as professional florists, we utilise our expertise and skills to provide you with the highest quality floral arrangements in accordance to our studio's signature style.
2. Cancellation & Refund
Due to the perishable nature of floral products and the reliance on fresh, seasonal flowers, cancellations or changes to orders may not be possible once the order has been processed. We recommend confirming all order details before submission.
We do not do refunds upon order placement, however should you require to postpone the delivery date kindly notify us at least 3 days in advance.
3. Delivery Conditions
Please ensure that your recipient or a representative is available at the delivery location to receive the flowers ordered. If at the time of delivery no one is present to receive the flowers ordered, our courier will call the recipient to seek further instructions. Should the recipient be unreachable within 5 minutes of the courier's arrival, the flowers ordered will be left at the reception or the front door. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items from that point onwards. Should you decide to have the items redelivered, a redelivery fee of $25 will be charged accordingly.
4. Delivery Delays Due to Seasonal Factors
During peak seasons, such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and other holidays, increased demand may result in occasional delays in processing and delivery. We highly recommend placing orders in advance during these busy periods to ensure timely delivery. While we make every effort to fulfil all orders promptly, please note that delays may occur beyond our control during these peak times. We kindly seek your understanding and patience in this matter.
5. Delivery Charges
Islandwide delivery is available at a standard rate of $15 per location, with a 4-hour delivery window. The delivery fee will be applied upon checkout. For deliveries requiring a specific time, an additional fee of $10 will apply. Deliveries during peak periods such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day are susceptible to additional charges.
6. Currency & Payment
All prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and excludes Goods & Service Tax (GST). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any given point of time without prior notice. Kindly read through these terms and conditions before placing your order.
