Shipping policy

Islandwide delivery is available at a standard rate of $20 per location, with a 4-hour delivery window. The delivery fee will be applied upon checkout. For deliveries requiring a specific time, an additional fee of $12 will apply. Please contact us via WhatsApp +65 99248 6650 or email hello@studioinflorescence.com to arrange for a preferred delivery time and receive payment details.

Please ensure that your recipient or a representative is available at the delivery location to receive the flowers ordered. If at the time of delivery no one is present to receive the flowers ordered, our courier will call the recipient to seek further instructions. Should the recipient be unreachable within 5 minutes of the courier's arrival, the flowers ordered will be left at the reception or the front door. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items from that point onwards. Should you decide to have the items redelivered, a redelivery fee of $25 will be charged accordingly.

During peak seasons, such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and other holidays, increased demand may result in occasional delays in processing and delivery. We highly recommend placing orders in advance during these busy periods to ensure timely delivery. While we make every effort to fulfil all orders promptly, please note that delays may occur beyond our control during these peak times. We kindly seek your understanding and patience in this matter.

Deliveries during peak periods such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day are susceptible to additional charges.
